NEW FIELDS SUPERINTENDENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Tuesday. Mr. W. J. McCulloch, farm manager at Massey Agricultural College, has been appointed superintendent of the Fields Division of the Department of Agriculture to fill the vacancy created by the promotion-of Mr. J.\W. Deem.
