SYMONDSVILLE CABARET.
A gala night was held at the Symondsville Studio last evening, when a large number of guests danced to up-to-date music rendered by Mr. Jack Rowe's Orchestra. Some new spotlight dances and pretty favours added to the enjoyment. Among those present were: Mrs. A. Foster, primrose embossed georgette and tulle; Mrs. Bridges, powder blue georgette and ribbon; Mrs. Ballantyne, seafoam green lace'and georgette; Mrs. Lough, apricot beaded chiffon and fringe; Mrs. A. Stanaway, rose floral taffeta; Miss V. Costella, mist blue tulle over satin; Miss McKenzie, peach taffeta and silver lace; Miss Watt petalled black taffeta; Miss Batty, forget-me-not blue georgette; Miss Tucker, ivory satin and lace; Miss Skeates, peach pink lace over georgette; Miss Deane, cherry georgette and lame; Miss B. Carver, blush pink taffeta and lace; Miss McDonald, deep rose satin and lace; Miss Blackwell, ivory georgette and silver laco; Miss M. Lisam, lavender crepe do chine; Miss Dodd, black taffeta with lace; Miss M. Weatherburn, rose pink lace and tulle; Miss F. Clarke, apricot taffeta with lace; Miss Brialay, cameo pink crcpe de chine; Miss Sims, mauve georgette and lace; Miss M. McKenzie, embossed lemon georgette; Miss E. Griffiths, leaf green taffeta and gold lame; Miss D. King, black ring velvet; Miss E. Jackson, peach pink satin and silver lace; Miss A. Stevens, black taffeta with rose velvet.
