MISS ROSE ROSENBURG, the Prime Minister's personal private secretary, is a young and extremely capable woman, who has played no small part in Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald's rise to fame in recent years. For over seven years Miss Rosenburg has shared the arduous duties of her chief with keen enthusiasm. Miss Rosenburg was at the Foreign Office with Mr. Mac Donald during the Labour Government's first term of office in 1924. She is now busily employed at No. 10, Downing Street.
