SURFACE TO BE SEALED. HANGATIKI SECTION. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Main Highways Board has decided to seal the surface of the reconstructed road from Hangatiki to the Waitomo Caves.
