OLD THAMES BOYS.
The Old Thames Boys' Association brought their 1929 season to a close on Saturday night, when they held their final reunion in the Druids' Hall, Newton. Mr. W. Blomfleld presided. . Amongst the visitors were Mr. IJ. Muir, vice-president of the Thames Old Boys (Thames), Professor Maxwell-Walker, vice-president of the Auckland Orphans, and Mr. A. K. Greenslade, Mayor of" Northcote. During the eA-ening toasts were proposed and replied to by Messrs. R. Muir, R. H. Gibbons, B. M. Myers, Greenslade and Max-well-Walker. A very line musical programme wns submitted by the following: Messrs.. Raynes, Duncan, Vivian, Couper, Bickerton, Dorrington, Austin, Fort, Samuels, Colquhoun, O'Kane, McMinn, Max-well-Walker, Mr. W. Purcell was accompanist.
