TOUR POSTPONED.
LORD BADEN-POWELL. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 16. It is understood that for personal reasons Lord Baden-Powell is postponing his Dominion tour until January, 1931. He will then proceed to New Zealand and afterwards visit Atistralia.
