German Hunchback Dies In Madrid. DEFORMITY ASSUMED. (United Service.) MADRID, October 16. A German named George Bernstein died at Madrid. It was believed that he was a hunchback, but after his death it was discovered that the deformity was assumed. The man carried in the false hump on his back a large sum in banknotes and valuables worth a substantial sum. He had lived like a miser.
