Waitaki Headmaster Impressed By German Ways. LIVES OF ADOLESCENTS. (Australian Press Assn. —United Service.) (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 16. After attending the world educational conference at Vancouver and visiting Geneva and Cambridge Mr. F. Milner, headmaster of Waitaki Boys' High School, is convinced that primary education is insufficient endowment for the children of the new era. Lecturing to the Royal Empire Society, Mr. Milner referred enthusiastically to the return to natural living in Germany, where he saw thousands of adolescent boys and girls, hygienically clothed, living natural lives in sunshine and fresh air.
