PRESENTATION.
A farewell social and dance waa given to Mr. and Mrs. Gay by residents of Waitakere. Mr. P. Faulkner, on behalf of tlie residents, expressed regret at the pending departure of Mr. and Mrs. Gay, and Mr. King made a presentation of a salad bowl and silver cake dish. The presentation was followed by a dance.
