TITLE CHALLENGE.
EKLUND-VANCE RETURN.
Much interest is being taken.in. the . light-heavy-weight ■wrestling match between Clarence Eklund, champion of the world, and Farmer Vance, champion of Canada, to be staged by the New Zealand Wrestling Association in the Town Hall on Monday evening next. Booking opened this morning when there was a steady demand for seats. Both men are training hard and should be in the pink of condition when they take the mat. The match will involve Eklund's world title, and is scheduled for eight tenminute rounds. When the pair met a fortnight ago Vance was beaten at u time when it looked as if the champion-, ship was about to change hands, the challenger throwing away a great chance when he dived in with the idea of taking the winning fall from his weakened opponent. Tile match is expected to provide plenty of thrills.
