ROGUE AND VAGABOND.
THREE MONTHS' GAOL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. William Charles Lowe (37) was today charged with vagrancy and with bein" a rogue and vagabond in that he had imposed on another man with a view to obtaining money. He was sentenced to three months' imprisonment by Mr. Page, SJkl. Accused was described as a married man, with a wife and child. For a considerable time past he had done no work, but had been living on- charitably-dis-posed persons by representing that he had employment to go to out of Wellington, and using money obtained for train., fares for other purposes.
