TOWN HALL MEETING.
ACTION BY JUSTICES
FURTHER INQUIRY URGED,
The Auckland Justices of the Peace Association has decided to support the Society for the Protection of Women which has arranged a public meeting at tiie Town Hall next week in connection with the death of Elsie Walker. There will be a number of speakers at the meeting, and Mr. D. Donaldson will represent the Auckland justices.
In connection with the matter the association has passed a resolution urging that in view of the etrong public feeling in Auckland further inquiry should be made, and that the Government should pase the necessary-, legislation to enable the reopening of the Inquest. °
