TE AWAMUTU, this day. The annual meeting of the Te Awamutu Swimming Club was held last evening, Mr. R. A. Coyne presiding over a good attendance of members. — ... The balance-sheet disclosed a credit balance of £73. The report showed the club to be in a very strong position, ana congratulated R L. Adams and T. Bell on their wins in the 100 yards and 220 yards men's South Auckland championships respectively. . The following officers were elected. Patron, Mr. C. G. Downes; president MrIt. A. Coyne; vice-presidents, a. Wood, Messrs. R. Laurie, S. A. Empson, J. Middlebrook and G. Jeffs; hon. s^ Mr. H. Wilson; treasurer, Mr. A. <i. war burton auditor, Mr. W. McGivern; clnb captain, Mr. R.
