Hall Blown Up After Being Rebuilt. OUTRAGE BY ARMED MEN. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Eeceived 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 14. A hall belonging to the Ancient Order of Hibernians, near Loughgall, County Armagh, has twice been destroyed in eight months. The first time was by fire in February, and the rebuilding had just been completed when- between 200 and 300 armed men on Sunday night, marching in military formation and carrying rifles, laid 20 charges of gelignite. These exploded, bringing down the concrete walls and wrecking the hall. The Order has lodged a claim against the ratepayers in the area for compensation. They made a similar claim in the February outrage.
