SECRET SERVICE.
HENDERSON SEEKS ABOLITION. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) LONDON, October 13. The "Sunday Express" says the Government is contemplating the abolition of the secret service. Mr. Arthur Henderson, Foreign Secretary, has discussed the question of espionage with representatives of the other Powers in the hope of reaching an international agreement on the subject before the Naval Conference in January.
