Two overseas steamers arrived at Auckland 'to-day. They were the Tredinnick, from New York, and the Canadian Explorer, from Montreal. No radio has been received from cither the steamer CallanCia or the tanker Mary Ellen O'Neil, both of which are now due at Auckland from Port Arthur and from Los Angeles respectively. BLUFF. From Melbourne, the Union Co.'s passenger steamer Manuka arrived at Bluff yesterday. She is clue at Wellington, via Dunedin and Lyttelton. on October 18, and sails again for Melbourne the following day. RANGITIKI REPORTED. En route from London and Southampton, with passengers, mails and cargo for Auckland, the New Zealand Shipping Co.'s motor ship Rangitiki is reported to have arrived at Colon last Friday. She is due at Auckland on October 30. VINEMOOR TO DISCHARGE. To continue discharge of her cargo of hardwood from Bunbury. the steamer Vinemoor left Dunedin on Saturdav afternoon for Wellington and Auckland. 'She is due here on October 24, to the agency of A. The Canopus arrived from Westport yesterday and berthed at the King's wharf. The Harbour Board dredge Hapai undocked this morning. WAINUI FOR WHANGAPARAOA. The dismantled hull of the steamer Wainui was towed to Whangaparaoa to-day to be sunk as a breakwater. REMUERA TO SAIL. To continue discharge of her general cargo from London, the New Zealand Shipping Co.'s steamer Kemuera is to sail for Wellington to-morrow afternoon. TAIROA TO SAIL. In continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Tairoa is to sail at daybreak on Wednesday for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE. The following vessels are expected to be within range of the Auckland wireless station to-night: Tofua, Callandia, Maraina, Moeraki, Misty Law, 11.M.5. Veronica, H.M.s. Laburnum, Gustaf E. Reuter, Port Melbourne. CANADIAN EXPLORER ARRIVED. With general cargo from Montreal, the Canadian National steamer Canadian Explorer arrived at Auckland this afternoon and berthed at the Queen's wharf to commence discharge. Her other ports of discharge are Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. THE PORT MELBOURNE. Leaving New Plymouth at 6 p.m. to-day, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Melbourne is due at Auckland next Wednesday and will berth at the Central wharf to continue Homeward loading. Prom here she is to go to Gisborne, Napier and Wellington to fill up, and she is scheduled to sail finally for London from the last-named port on October 26. UNION COMPANY'S STEAMERS. The Kawatiri is expected to clear Port Kembla to-morrow for Auckland. The Kaitangata loads for Auckland at Devonport (Tasmania) early this week. The Waipahl left Portland at 1 p.m. on Saturday for Wellington and Lyttelton. At Lyttelton she is to load for Auckland direct. After, discharge here, she is to leave on October 22 for Apia, to load fruit. The Waipiata, en' route from Dunedin, is expected to clear Lyttelton at 5 p.m. to-day for Wellington, Picton and Auckland. The Kaitoke is expected to complete discharge by Friday, but her future movements have not yet been announced. The Wingatui is to load at Oamaru on Wednesday, and is scheduled to clear Dunedin on Friday for Auckland, via Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. The Kaimanawa left Westport at 5.30 p.m. on Saturday for Napier and Auckland. The Kurow leaves Auckland to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dnunedin and Bluff. The Kartlgi is to dock to-morrow and sails for Greymouth on Friday. The Kaiapoi leaves Greymouth for Auckland at 9 p.m. to-morrow. The Waimea arrived this morning and berthed at the Queen's wharf. She is to sail again for Gisborne and Napier at 4 p.m. to-morrow. POET OF ONEHITNGA. ARRIVALS—THIS DAT.
