RIFLE SHOOTING.
PAEROA MINIATURE CLUB. (From Our Own Correspondent.) PAERQA, Friday. The weekly shoot of tbe Paeroa Defence Miniature Rifle Club was held on Wednesday night in the local Drill Hall, and despite bad weather there was a. gowi attendance. The competition was a handicap shoot for a trophy donated by Mr. A. A Jenkinson. ' . . , Three members reached the limit, .and. after a very keen shoot off the president of the club, Mr. 'F. C. Hubbard. won with 97 after scoring a possible in the oTiglunl shoot. 11. A. Morrison and C. Miller, both of whom shot well, were close behind with a total of 00. The scoring was as I'res. V. C.
