BOWLING AND CROQUET.
OPENING OF THE SEASON. THE OXEHUXGA GREENS. The Onehunga Bowling and Croquet Clubs opened the season this afternoon. Mr. Robert Buchanan (president) performed the ceremony and Mrs. Buchanan rolled the jack. The president stated that three new rinks had been laid down, and the gardens had been transformed into a bower of beauty. Mrs. A. Kenny, president of the Croiiuet Club, with Mrs. Buchanan played the first game on the ".roquet green.
