Freedom Of London For Snowden And Mac Donald. SERVICES TO EMPIRE. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, September 19. The City of London Corporation has decided to confer • the freedom of the city upon Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald and Mr. Philip Snowden, the former for the indomitable courage, energy and ability by which he lias raised liimsolf to his present high officc and also for his efforts to promote a better understanding with the United States and the limitation of armaments, and the latter for his protection of the British interests at The Hague.
