AUCKLAND DROPPED? MAUI POMARE'S ITINERARY. NIUE ISLAND SERVICE. "WHOLE QUESTION UNDER -REVIEW." (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Asked to-day whether it. was true the Government was contemplating the abandonment of the AucklandNiue shipping service, in favour of a Wellington - Niue service, the Minister in Charge of the Cook Islands Department, Sir Apriana N r, ata, said the whole question of the itinerary of the Maui I'oniare was under consideration by the Industries and Commerce Committee. No recommendations had yet been made. The Auckland Chamber of Commerce representatives would give evidence before the committee on Tuesday next, and no more could be said at the moment.

This is to give notice that the snid property will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the suid judgment to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering the same, and all other rates due on such properly up to the date of payment, are paid prior to such sale or lease. And whereas, under the provisions of the Eating Act, 1925, judgment was given on the 3rd day of May, 1928. in the Magistrate's Court, sitting at Auckland, for the sum of Six pounds fifteen shillings and five pence, being the arrears of rates (and costs) due by the Owner or Owners as the owner or owners of all those parcels of Land containing 80 acres more or less, being allotment 231, and south-east portion Allotment 232, of the Parish of Waiwera, as described in Deed- of Conveyance registered under Number F7228, and entered in Deeds Index at Auckland, Volume 48, at page 400. This is to give notice that the said Property will be Sold or Leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon, at the rate_ of ten pounds per centum per annum, from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering tile same, and all other rates due on such property up to the date of payment, are paid prior to such sale or lease. This is to give notice that the said Property will be Sold or Leased by Public Auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at tile rate of ten pounds per, centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering the same, and all other rates due on such property up to the date of payment, axe paid prior to such sale or lease.
