VNhereas, under the provisions of the Rating Act, l'J25, judgment was given on tile 2nd day of October, 1928, in the Magistrate's Court sitting at Auckland, for the sum of Nine pounds eight shillings and one penny, being the arrears of rates (and costs) due by the Owner or Owners, as the owner or owners of all that paicel of land containing l'j acres, more or less, being Allotment Number 94A, of the Parish aipareira, as comprised and described in Crown Grant 109953, entered in Deeds Index, Volume 20A, at Page 291, Auckland Registry.
