WOOL AND WHEAT.
Price Reduction Causes Serious Position. WARNING . IN AUSTRALIA. (Received 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. That reduction in the world prices of wool and wheat has created a very serious position in Australia was the substance of a warning by Sir Norman Kater, a leading grazier, in the Legislative Council. The fall in wool priccs he estimated at 35 per cent, and it is now extremely difficult for small farmers and graziers to make ends meet.
