Scots Hall presented an animated scene last evening when a successful ball was held 'by the staff of Messrs John Court, Limited. Long lines of streamers in green, blue and rose were suspended from the ceiling, and here and there were large clusters of gaily coloured balloons. In the entrance were palms and masses of greener)', which effect was also used in the ante-room. •On the tables in the supper room tall vases containing golden daffodils were to be seen.
