INFLUENZA IS PREVALENT IN AUCKLAND.
How is it that influenza is so prevalent? In the days of our ancestors spices were much more largely used. Mulled wines and ales, hot punches were infused strongly with cinnamon. Influenza was almost unknown. An authority at the Pasteur Laboratory in Paris made the statement that no disease germs could resist the antiseptic powers of cinnamon. Even the aroma of cinnamon destroyed the germs.
Langdale's Essence of Cinnamon is a concentrated medicinal cinnamon that destroys influenza germs—cinnamon in its most virile form. Get a bottle from your chemist to-day.—(Ad.)
