(By Telegraph.—Owu Correspondent.) TE AWAMUTU; this clay. In view-of the visit of the, Minister of Internal Affairs to-morrow, the Waipa I -Racing Club held' a' " special' meeting regarding the application for an extra permit. It was decided to request trainers to parade all horses, numbering GO, on the track. Horses trained locally have won 59 races this season, including many classics and big handicaps, which is claimed to be the best record of any training centre in the province.
