TWENTY YEARS AFTER.

VERDICT FOR £150,000,

NEW YORK, June 12,

Mrs. Grace Fendler, who started an action nearly 20 years ago, charging that the plot of the "Bird of Paradise" had been stolen from a play she wrote, called "In Hawaii," has finally received judgment for £150,000. Of that amount £120,000 is against Richard Tully, the author of the play, and the remainder against Oliver Morosco, the producer. The production enjoyed world-wide success, and made Muriel Starr famous in Australia.
