(Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, June 17. Mr. Justice Clauston, in the Chancery Division, dismissed the Venture Trust's motion to restrain the wireless and cables merger.
One June 1 a message from London stated that the Venture Trust, Limited, representing a group of holders of Marconi £1 shares, issued a writ for an injunction to restrain the Marconi Company from joining the wireless and cables merger.
