CORONER'S VERDICT
DEATH FROM BURNS
Death from shock, following burns, was the verdict returned by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the conclusion of a coronial inquiry held yesterday afternoon in connection with the tragedy in Nit. Eden Road on May 21. George Durham Biddick and Frederick Richard Wilkin died in the Auckland Hospital the following morning from burns, they received through being pinned beneath a blazing lorry. Evidence of eye-witnesses and others was given as to I\he circumstances of the accident. The lorry was driven by hVeflericlc Wilkin, with George Biddick us a passenger, when it collided with :< telegraph pole and immediately caught lire. i
