LAND AGENT'S FAILURE.
MEETING OF CREDITORS,

TAURANGA, this day,
A meeting of creditors, in the estate of Claude T. Prosser, land agent, late of Tauranga, now of Rahotu, Taranaki, was held in the Courthouse this morning. Debtor's statement showed: Unsecured creditors £374, and assets (office furniture) £20. It was decided to oppose bankrupt's discharge for two years. Mr. Beale, solicitor, stated that bankrupt was suffering from a nervous breakdown. and was unable to appear at the meeting.
