A clock which simultaneously tells the time in any part of the world was fixed in the booking hall subway at Piccadilly Circus. It was designed by the Underground companies engineers. It takes the form of a man of the world, on Mercator's projection, with a narrow band travelling continuously from east to west along the line of the Equator, the hours, of the dav and night being marked upon the hand. Thus at ariv moment the time at any place can be read at a glance.
