Geary took four wickets for 40. Second innings, 61. Astill took eight wickets for 23. Leicester: First innings, 126. Wellard took six wickets for 55, and White four for 44. Second innings, 42 for six. White took four wickets for nine. Leicester won by four wickets. Lancashire: First innings, 174. Ashdown took five wickets for 52. Second innings, 92 for one. Kent: First innings, 215 (Hardinge 86). Kent won on the first innings.

Gloucester: First innings, 184 for five (declared). Oxford: First innings, 223 for six. The match was drawn.
