The death is reported of Mi\ Thomas Dunn, who celebrated hia ninety-ninth birthday on May 8. He was a pioneer of the Thames goldfields. . Mr.. Dunn left London in the, ship. .Dauntless on Christmas Day, 1804, and came to the Thames in a cutter just before the declaration of the gold Held. He worked in many successful, mines. Three daughters survive.
