NORTH ISLAND TITLES.
CONCLUSION OF MEETING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HA.WERA, Friday. The North Island sheep dog trials championships concluded this afternoon, 55 dogs competing. The short head and , yard , competition, which commenced yesterday, was finished to-day. Results are (possible 60) :—W. "Whyte's (Napier) Boy, 56i points, ] ; J. Donnell's (Havelock. North) King, 56, 2; H. Buckley's (Hunterville) Fay,'-54, 3; T. H. Richards' (Ngaruawahla) Brigadier Bill, 53*, 4; M. M. Scott's (Wavcrley) Bob and" M, Mackey's (Tuakau) Lochiel, 53, equal, 5. Huntaway, 440 yds, 43 entries, possible 45 points.—R. Staples' (Napier) Jack, 44; 1; K. Staples' (Napier) Moss, 43i, 2; C. H. McErlane'e (Otago) Romp, 43, 3; R. J.
