Pour a little Fluenzol into the palm or the hand, allow to warm slightly, then vigorously sniff up the nostrils so that the Fluenzol can reach and sterilise the nasal cavity. 2. Gargle the throat regularly with FluenZOl, 3. Take one teaspoonful of Fluenzol internally at intervals. Half doses Tor children.
