The engagement is announced of Charlotte Margaret ("Lottie") Simon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Simm, Kaitangata, Otago, and James Smith Webster, of H.M.s. Dunedin, eldest son of Mrs. E. Webster, Onehunga, Auckland, and grandson of the late Daniel R. Hastie, late of Scotland.
