FOURTH UNIT REQUIRED. • CABINET ACCEPTS TENDER. (By Telegraph.—'Special to " Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. The first generating unit of the Arapuni hydro-electric scheme will be working this month, and Cabinet to-day accepted the tender of A. S. Paterson and Company to supply a fourth unit.
