RUGBY, April 10.
The sub-committee appointed by the League of Nations' Council at its la?t meeting, to deal with tlie question _of the minorities, will meet in the Foreign Office on April 29. Sir Austen Chamberlain is rapporteur on the question, and his colleagues, who will come to discuss the matter with him, are Signor fluinones de Leon, Spain, and Mr. Adachi, Japan. M. G. Mironeecu, Rumanian Foreign Minister, arrived in London this evening.
