REV. A. M. XIBLOCKS ADVICE

Lpwards of forty members and visitors attended the luncheon of the Auckland Advertising Club this afternoon. Mr. F. W. Petterd . presiding. "Organisation of Personality in Business"' was the subject taken by the Rev. A. M. Niblock, the speaker of the day. "I am speaking as a student, because I am not a business man," said the speaker. "I have studied the works of einminent psychologists who maintain that personality in business must be organised. The individual must be trained as also must physical habits be given consideration," lie said. The speaker mentioned an American firm which increased its business capacity by studying the physical habits of its staff. After the services of a number of employees had been dispearsed with, and the physical habits of the workers trained, it was found that the capacity for work was greater. The Rev. Niblock said that in 99 cases out of 100, men allowed temperament to master themselves. One should ignore feeling, and build up meuta! energies. "Our life is ruled by feeling, but thr.ught should come before feelinjr. Organise body, mind and spirit, and you'll find that it makes a very big change. Build images," he said.
