LOUISIANA IMPEACHMENT.
(Received 10 a-m.) MONTREAL, March 27. A message from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, says that nineteen charges in a bill of impeachment of Huey Long, Louisiana's 34-year-old Governor, were filed to-day in the Lower House of the State Legislature. Among the charges were attempts to "Hire and induce murder, malfeasance in office and habitual drunkenness."
