The ability to piny or sing brings not only great happiness and reflnrd pleasure into otip's life, but undoubtedly promotes health of mind and bodj. . . . The study of music being therefore a modern necessity, it has been decided to offer the highest standard of teaching to the public of Auckland upon terms i which will enable every child and adult to receive a musical education. In the Interests of public musical education, an association has been formed, offering- to every member of the community remarkable facilities. The associateo has engaged teachers of proved ability, who will devote their knowledge and time to the musical interests af the public. | A Unique Opportunity of Securing an Instrument on Very Special Terms. The Association has been very rortunate in negotiations with Lewis Eady, Ltd., the famous musical firm, in whose buildings the Association is boused, by which students may secure an Instrument with their first lesson for no deposit—the one weekly fee paying for lesson, music, and Instrument. Lessons will be given in Violin, Piano, "Voice Production, upon the most modern proved methods by' leading teachers. The lessons may be in Class or Individually. FFF'S —Class Lessons may be taken upon terms never " previously offered to students, namely: NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED. VIOLIN: 5/- per weekly lesson will pay for lesson, music, and violin. Lesson only, 2/6 per lesson. PIANO: From 10/- per weekly lesson will pay for lesson, music, and piano. Lesson only, 2/6 per lesson. VOICE TRAINING: 3/- per weekly lesson will pay for lesson and music. The Teaching Studio* are situated in the Lewis Eady, Ltd., Bufldingr, the most modern Music House in the Southern Hemisphere. Students of any age, children or adults, may study under the above terms. Private Lessons, individual Tuition, may be received at Tees —5/- per lesson, (ir preferred, students may pay by the term: Fees from £2/2/- per term.) Bp«cial Notice. —Every student will receive a sincere written report of progress at end of term. The Association expressly desires that parents and others may, under this •cheme. test Musical Ability at the least expense.
