SOUTH AFRICAN RAILWAYS. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association./ (Received 12 noon.) CAPETOWN. February 21. Glasgow manufacturers have secured an older for thirteen locomotives for the South African railways, the locomotives costing t'7<>22 each. A Cerman linn secured the contract for thirteen similar, costing £t;700. and the Ameiican firm of Baldwins, six at £««!»<) and four at £7272.
