Sequel To Fancy Dress Ball. " SNOWBALL" GIRL BURNT. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Received 9 a.m.) PARIS, February 19. Two girl?, on tour, were dressed as snowballs for a carnival and were rolling large quantities of cotton wool around their white frocks, when, still feeling cold, they warmed their bauds over a fire. A spark flew out and the wool was immediately a mass of flames. One was burnt to death and the other is in a serious condition.
