Eddie Mack, boxing promoter, has offered Jack Dempsey, ex-champion heavy-weight, a guarantee of £50,000 to box Jim Maloney in July or August. Mack says Tom Heeney, of New Zealand, will be substituted if he defeats Maloney in their 10-round bout at Boston Garden on March 1. A message from Chicago says Jame3 Mullen, another promoter, announce", that he has completed negotiations , 'with Heeney for a contest with Otto Vanporat at the Illinois capital on March 12.
