A SICK EXILE.
TROTSKY VERY DEJECTED. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 1.30 p.m.) BERLIN, February 15. The "Vossiche Zeitung's" well-informed Constantinople correspondent declares that Trotsky will remain there, bad health frustrating further travel. Messages from Constantinople state that Trotsky is very dejected. He eats and sleeps little and nervously paces his room. He dislikes the idea of going to Angora for climatic reasons. The Turkish Press has not mentioned his arrival.
