FIRE BLIGHT AT CAMBRIDGE.
APPLE TREE AFFECTED

CAMBRIDGE, this day
Fire blight has disclosed its presence in Cambridge district, thtiugh not in serious form. At an orchard demonstration given on Thursday several portions of an apple tree grooving in Cambridge were shown to be infected with the disease. Tips of top growth on the tree were shown to be blackened for about a foot.
