FIRE AT GISBORNE.
STORE A COMPLETE LOSS. XO APPLIANCES AVAILABLE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORN'E, this day. Fire completely destroyed Mr. H. Williams' store at Waipiro Ray this morning. There is no indication as to how the outbreak started. Xo appliances were available to suppress the flames. The stock was insured for £1000 in the New Zealand office, while the building, which is owned by Mr. A. W. Kirk, was insured for £7.">6 in the South British office. Mr. Kirk's fittings were insured for £7">o in the South British office.
