RACING PERMITS.
MINISTER VISITS COURSES. AT HAMILTON ON SATURDAY. (By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. As an important part of the duties of the Minister of Internal Allah's relates to racing permits and the totalisator control, the Hon. P. A. de la Perrclle will inspect a number of racecourses during his coming visit to the Auckland district. He leaves Wellington to-mor-row, and will inspect the Hamilton racecourse 011 Saturday. He will also open the Franklin A. and 1\ Association's show at Pukekohe. inspect, the Pukekohe racecourse, and proceed to Auckland in the afternoon. Sunday he is to spend in Auckland.
On Monday Mr. de la Perrclle motors to Dargaville to inspect the racecourse, and 011 Tuesday he will motor from Dargaville to Wliangarei to inspect the racecourse at Wliangarei.
The Minister will be in the Wliangarei district till Friday, when he returns to Auckland to attend the Otahuhu Ti'ttng Club's meeting on Saturday. He will return to Wellington on Sunday.
