INDECENT ASSAULT.
CHARGE DISMISSED,
A charge of indecent assault on a male v.as commenced before his Honor Mr. Justice Blair at the Supreme Court this morning. The accused is George Walter Wills, for whom Mr. A. Moody appears.
Owing to the conflicting evidence of the boy witness compared with his story given in the lower Court, his Honor intimated to the jury that the accused should be acquitted, ami this was done without the jury leaving the box.
