ST. JOHN AMBULANCE BRIGADE
AUCKLAND DIVISION.
RECORD OF A BUSY YEAR
The annual meeting of the Auckland Division of St. John Ambulance Brigade was held last evening, Mr. A. W. Potter, divisional superintendent, presiding over a very good attendance. Mr. C. W. Gooderham and Mr. U. Hitchno, corps officers, Mr. F. E. Schoiield, corps superintendent. Dr. Watson, divisional surgeon, and Dr. Ward, superintendent of the Wlningarei disivion, were also present. The annual report and balancesheet, which were adopted, showed the division to be in a satisfactory state. The report stated that 404 public functions had been attended and 6094 cases treated during the year, these figures being an increase over those for the previous year. Private cases numbered 104. Several new members had joined during the year. Mention was made of the competitions to be held on Easter Saturday, and it is probable that the division will enter teams for each, event.
