MUSICIAN MAKES RESTITUTION. Described as a musician, Raymond Cecil Harding (24) admitted the theft of a bicycle valued at £10 at the Police Court to-'lay. ( The police said Harding was at present serving a. sentence for a breach of the Bankruptcy Act. He had sold the cycle, which was purchased under the hire purchase sy«t<*m, but had ernoe msde full restitution. Accused was merely convicted and discharged.
